3. Pet Photos and Videos

CoMo Pet Care may photograph or record Client pets during the provision of pet-care services. Subject to the applicable consent provided during signup or booking, photographs and videos may be used for ordinary CoMo Pet Care marketing and promotional purposes, including:

• Advertising
• Marketing materials
• Portfolio materials
• Promotional campaigns
• Educational or informational content

CoMo Pet Care may identify a pet by name when using photographs or videos. CoMo Pet Care will take reasonable care not to intentionally capture or publicly display sensitive personal information in photographs or videos. Clients may opt out of the use of their pet’s photographs or videos for marketing purposes through the applicable consent or opt-out process provided by CoMo Pet Care. An opt-out from marketing imagery does not prevent CoMo Pet Care from taking reasonable photographs or videos for internal service documentation, safety, care records, or other legitimate business purposes when appropriate. Photographs or videos that have already been published may remain in previously distributed or published marketing materials where removal is not reasonably practicable. The photography and video provisions of the CoMo Pet Care Terms & Conditions and applicable client agreements also apply.

4. Marketing Communications

CoMo Pet Care may send marketing communications to Clients and individuals who have separately consented to receive them. Marketing communications may include:

• Newsletters
• Announcements
• New services
• Products
• Events
• Other CoMo Pet Care updates

Marketing consent is not required to purchase pet-care services or products. Clients may withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the applicable unsubscribe or opt-out method provided in the communication. Even after opting out of marketing communications, CoMo Pet Care may continue sending necessary transactional or service-related communications, including booking confirmations, payment notices, service communications, and emergency communications. Email marketing may be managed through MailPoet. SMS communications may be used for service-related and, where separately consented to, marketing purposes.

CoMo Pet Care does not sell or rent Client personal information. We may share information when reasonably necessary to operate the business, provide services, process transactions, respond to emergencies, or comply with legal obligations. Information may be shared with:

These may include: Vercel: CoMo Pet Care’s custom booking and administrative software may be hosted using Vercel. Stripe: Payments may be processed through Stripe. MailPoet: Email marketing may be managed through MailPoet. Google Analytics: CoMo Pet Care may use Google Analytics to understand website usage and performance. Google Search Console: CoMo Pet Care may use Google Search Console to monitor website search performance and technical information. Meta/Facebook Pixel: CoMo Pet Care may use Meta/Facebook Pixel to measure advertising and website activity and improve marketing efforts. CoMo Pet Care treats home-access information as confidential business information and uses it only as reasonably necessary to provide authorized services. Clients should not provide CoMo Pet Care with passwords or credentials for unrelated personal accounts. CoMo Pet Care does not intentionally publicly disclose home addresses, access codes, passwords, or other sensitive access information except when reasonably necessary or legally required.

9. Information Relating to Emergencies and Veterinary Care

CoMo Pet Care may use and share Client and pet information when reasonably necessary to respond to an emergency. This may include contacting:

• The Client’s veterinarian
• An emergency veterinary hospital

• Animal control
• Other appropriate authorities or service providers

The Client’s veterinary and emergency-contact information may therefore be accessed or disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect the pet or respond to an emergency.

10. Information Security

CoMo Pet Care takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Client information may be stored in:

• CoMo Pet Care’s custom booking and administrative software
• Third-party systems used to provide business services

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Accordingly, CoMo Pet Care cannot guarantee absolute security of information. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, devices, and credentials.

11. Data Retention

CoMo Pet Care generally retains Client and business records for at least three years, unless a longer retention period is reasonably necessary or required. Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for:

• Accounting or tax records
